Pretty puppy! He may be too weak for you to do anything chemical about the fleas, but you could use a flea comb to remove most of them. You don't want fleas laying eggs in your carpets or furniture! After each stroke, rinse the comb in a dish of rubbing alcohol, that will easily kill the fleas caught in the comb

Thanks, Elle: we were using a flea comb & a bowl of soapy water but last week we were able to put Frontline on & that has helped a LOT!
