Specializing in small looms for the handweaver, Tornadowood is a small, family owned business located in rural N. Central Texas. I make each of the items by hand in my own shop, of carefully selected wood. If the wood doesn't meet my specs, it becomes a toy block for my kids (or fuel for the BBQ!). All our wood products are hand-finished with linseed oil. This is an environmentally friendly finish that brings out the beauty of the wood for generations to come.

We have several different sizes of inkle looms: 4 sizes in the hockey stick loom family and we also have one whimsical loom: a Bronto loom inkle loom. In addition, we have paperback looms, and bookmark looms for needle weaving, great for sampling, tapestry weaving, as well as Navajo style weaving.
